PETADATA is looking for a Tableau Developer.

Job Description:

  • Understanding of relational database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
  • Good SQL reporting skills with the ability to create SQL views and write SQL queries
    highly recommended.
  • Expertise in Data Analytics
  • Excellent requirements gathering skills
  • Considerable BI development experience / background
  • Should be able to interact with different Business teams to understand the functional
    design and provide end to end data solution architecture.
  • Should be flexible time schedules with the onshore-offshore model, enthusiastic and project-
    oriented team player.
  • Excellent written, verbal communication skills, and leadership skills to develop creative
    solutions for challenging client needs.
  • Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of strong Data warehousing experience with processing large data volumes.
  • Hands-on Design/Development of Teradata platform is a must Data modeling, Designing
    Tables, PIs, Partitions
  • Strong SQL knowledge and working experience in Teradata Stored Procedures/BTEQ
    scripts.Proficiency in TD load and export utilities like TPT,
  • TPT/MLOAD/TPUMP/BTEQ/FAST EXPORT, Multi load, Schedulers, etc.
  • Experience in Performance Tuning - query tuning and insights on Impact CPU, Skewness
  • Experience in creating FACT tables
  • Knowledge of reporting tools esp. Tableau would be advantageous
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills within the team, working with onsite-offshore model, and managing customer expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and drive issues to closure
  • Effectively handle multiple and complex work assignments, while consistently delivering high-quality work
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
