Job Description:
  • Talent Acquisition Data Analyst
  • The Analyst - Talent Acquisition Operations and Reporting, will utilize skills to generate data-driven insights and uncover opportunities for staffing operational improvement.
  • Through development, maintenance, and review of new and existing reporting, models, and statistical tests, and with the successful rollout of processes, tools and operational improvements, the Analyst will help drive acquisition of quality talent to evolve our business.

Job Duties:
  • Driving change in staffing operations to ensure alignment with the needs of the business and ensure recruiting approach is efficient, legally compliant and fiscally responsible through the implementation of auditing and data integrity and security processes.
  • Designing, owning, delivering and implementing innovative and complex reporting and analysis solutions providing rich insights into staffing processes and results.
  • Developing strategic initiatives to impact the changing objectives of client groups.
  • Working closely with leadership to identify opportunities for improvement within the Talent Acquisition organization and developing clear direction on specific actions to drive results.
  • Sharing knowledge and insights from reporting, analysis, and tool rollouts with Talent Acquisition partners, the Client Data and Analytics team and other business partners.

Must Have Skills (Most Important):
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint, MS Access (or any SQL-based DBMS)
  • Familiarity with delivering, troubleshooting, and creating reporting solutions
  • Experience combining data sources from disparate systems and testing for accuracy
  • Familiarity with BI tools: Cognos, PowerBI, etc.
  • Familiarity with Visualization tools: Tableau, Qlik, Looker, etc.

Desired Skills:
  • Experience owning development of visual solutions in one or all: Tableau, Qlik, D3.JS
  • Experience owning development of Data or reporting structures
  • Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Access
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition data and analytics

Education or Certifications:
  • 2 year Degree or Equivalent experience
