Job Description:

  • Solid experience in hiring US Citizens/GC/EAD/H1B/OPT candidates from platforms such as Networks, Job portals, Colleges, Social Media, and various sources.
  • Ability to develop interpersonal relationships and get US Citizens/GC/EAD/H1B/OPT candidates for training online/classroom training/Marketing.
  • Must be able to source for OPT EAD, H1B transfer/project transfer resources from their database and referrals.
  • Must have some knowledge about the latest trending IT skills in the market.
  • A strong team player with a firm grip on niche technologies in the IT world.
  • Should have knowledge on employment type w2, Corp to Corp, 1099.
  • Organizing the entirety of the recruitment process till the candidate is onboard at the client place.
  • Effectively recruit candidates through various channels like internet database, referrals, internet research, Cold calling, networking and with other strategies.
  •  Create and sustain relationships with important universities and colleges including student unions, career services, development officers and academic faculty.
  • Improve the company's brand and image to selected college campuses.
  • You will be the first point of contact for aspiring candidates.  
  • Organize and maintain all forms of communication with candidates in the recruitment, shortlisting and employment cycle.
  • You must possess the ability to work continually and contribute positively in a fast growing and dynamic work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Expert proficiency in handling all levels of recruitment but not limited to qualifying, sourcing, assessing, job analysis, management diligence, and networking.
  • Must have experience in college hiring and in executing college relations events.
  • Knowledge and prior use of web-based applicant tracking system.
  • Strong project management skills, writing and oral communication skills are equally very important.
  • Must have experience in presentation and public speaking.
