Teamcenter 11 and has performed an upgrade to Teamcenter 10.x or previous versions.
End-user support of Teamcenter (v10.1.x/11.1.x), multi-CAD Integrations and Product Data exchange management within production environment Workflows.
Work effectively with local / domestic IT support teams, IT suppliers, remote Isuzu Japan s IT teams and DXCJ administrators.
Perform root-cause analysis, required debugging within the Teamcenter & NX environment and work with the appropriate technical teams to develop, test, and implement countermeasures.
Has experience with Teamcenter workflows and the Change Management module(s).
Assist with ongoing change control and improved release management initiatives.
Coach, train and mentor team members to improve their Teamcenter productively skills.
Should be aware of how data can enter and exit the Teamcenter security environment and recommend options when presented with data input / output challenges or requests.
Coordinate with other Database Administrators, IT support teams, customers and software vendors to plan releases, as well as, schedule and coordinate outages for upgrade deployment.
Work effectively with other team members that may be located remotely. Ability to support multiple projects concurrently based on priority and criticality.
Work location and majority of time will be at Plymouth, MI. location.
Limited local travel only.
Teamcenter customizations, if needed, working with Isuzu Japan s IT teams & Siemens.
Understand, manage and test data backup and disaster recovery systems / plans.
Has experience with integrations to other systems/applications.
Familiarity with current production level data security software / network tools.
Previous experience in General Motor Teamcenter or other automotive data related environments.
Familiar with current PLM, CAD PDM and future technology trends.
