Job Description:

 

The Lead Technical Architect/Developer shall perform as a working member of the development team as well as lead and oversee the work performed by other development team members. Proven ability to lead and guide development teams that create and maintain applications that created with the following Microsoft development tools: Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, .NET, Asp.NET, MVC,WCF, SSIS, SSRS, SQL Server, and/or Team Foundation Server.


Duties:


Provide hands-on technical leadership to the developers in the implementation of new applications/services and/or enhancements to existing applications/services.
Perform technical requirements, architectural and design analysis, proactively identify and resolve potential development and implementation issues, and perform feasibility analysis to improve application performance and mitigate risks.


REQUIRED SKILLS:

Candidate MUST have.


General knowledge of basic office software such as MS Office Suite as well as good communications skills are a given.
The Lead Technical Architect/Developer should have at least eight (8) years of experience as a developer using the Microsoft development tools.
At least at least five (5) years of experience as a lead developer, guiding teams to build computer systems is preferred.
Experience implementing systems to financial users, especially financial systems related to the commodity futures, options, and swaps industry is preferred.
