Technical/ Business Analyst - Remote position


Job Description
As a Technical/ Business Analyst, you will provide services on development projects with an emphasis on implementing/integrating and configuring or customizing technologies for customer needs and custom development. In this role, you will participate in assisting senior staff in:

 

  • collaborating with client and project teams to define requirements and configurations needs for clients.
  • defining business configurations and analyzing the business needs and requirements of several clients:
  • designing, documenting and maintaining system processes
  • application deployment, helping in application maintenance and providing support
  • performing quality assurance and regression testing.
  • track and report issues or questions and determine ways to improve services

 

The ideal candidate will collaborate with the various client teams and stakeholders leveraging their business knowledge to identify, define and develop solutions for our client's leveraging the features of the Microsoft SharePoint platform.

You should possess the following background for this role:

  • Master’s degree in computer science, or related discipline
  • Internship within a software development or consulting company
  • Two plus years of working experience in working in technology implementation projects is preferred

Technical Skills Required:

  • Technical and business analysis, requirements documentation, testing experience
  • JavaScript
  • Microsoft Technologies (.NET, C#, etc.)
  • SharePoint experience preferred


Non-Technical Skills Required:

  • Desire to develop process and requirements documentation
  • Proficient with using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Must be able to work well with a global client at all levels
  • Must be motivated with a focus on team performance
  • Demonstrated strong problem-solving and multi-tasking capabilities
