Job Summary:
Supports the execution of a large-scale initiative, with enterprise wide line of business impacts. This role is in support of a multi-year program.
The specific role will serve as lead for an enterprise wide initiative supporting a complex workstream. The employee will partner with multiple line-of-business leaders or subject-matter-experts.
The position will be responsible for line-of-business partners to analyzing present-state capabilities and developing future-state approaches and facilitating implementation of solutions. Candidate must be willing to learn line of business functions and demonstrate a willingness to fully partner with business subject-matter-experts and not solely manage through a standardized process and tools. This position will be highly-visible to the lines-of-business and requires a person who is very comfortable with shifting priorities, demanding timelines, and executive oversight. Must have good written skills and be comfortable presenting to senior leaders when required.
- 9 plus years of Business Analysis and enterprise program/project management experience.
-Strong Agile methodology experience and the ability to lead mid to large scaled projects to deliver Business features/stories within required timelines.
-SQL skills to work with tech teams on APIs 
-Strong experience in agile tools like Horizon/JIRA.
-Ability to translate strategic objectives into milestones and tasks, prioritize work and meet deadlines.
-Strong attention to detail with leadership, problem solving and organizational skills.
-Demonstrated ability to communicate (written and verbal) with internal and external partners.
-Flexibility and ease to shift priorities as needed.
-Process design, remediation and improvement skills.
-Solid relationship management skills to gain buy-in, build consensus and resolve conflicts timely.
-Strong risk and governance mindset.
-Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) proficient
-Good time management skills; ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
-Refined presentation skills, the ability to synthesize information, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.
-PMP or six-sigma certification is a plus, but not a requirement.
-Corporate Audit background is a plus.
