Team: Casino Solutions

Products:

Central Credit- allows casinos to pull financial data and make informed decisions when extending credit to players.

PitXpress- allows casino pit staff to track bets, markers and player ratings for table games.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provides interface and collaboration with other contributors to the business
  • Maintains a robust understanding of client-side product functionalities and features; identifies the need for product customization and the impact on customer experience
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment identifying problem statements and gathering technical requirements; communicates requirements to relevant stakeholders
  • Assists in developing use case-based specifications to capture based on business requirements
  • Collaborates with project stakeholders and project delivery teams on requirements gathering sessions
  • Creates and maintains technical user stories, program functions, interface specifications, user workflows, and acceptance criteria
  • Assists in developing customer-facing release documentation
  • Develops deep understanding of the product vision ensuring alignment with Company, customer, and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborates with relevant stakeholders, ensuring traceability of requirements through the product delivery process
  • Ensures an effective handoff to operations for ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Responsible for ensuring adherence to compliance and regulatory standards through implementation and management of security measures
  • Assists with ongoing support and may act as subject matter expert for various products
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams providing ideas and suggestions for new products, services, technology, and processes.
  • Manages or participates in pilot launches of new products or product functionality as needed

Skills, Knowledge, & Expertise
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Development, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience in a related field required
  • 2+ years of experience in a product owner or software development role; gaming or casino operations experience preferred
  • Proficient knowledge and practical application of software development practices, such as agile software development, feature-driven development, and SDLC
  • Ability to track activity, communicate effectively, manage customer expectations, identify problems and risks, and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present technical subjects to non-technical audiences
