Job Description

Technical Project Manager

 

Description:

12 months.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the work and deliverables of complex projects that impact multiple processes, systems, functions, and products from inception to implementation and continuous improvement
  • Develop and implement strategic business plan to achieve business goals (system enhancements/change requests)
  • Monitor and track project progress and work across divisions
  • Escalate issues and decisions as needed
  • Assist with technical, UAT, and post-validation testing as needed
  • Deliver weekly project updates and reports
  • Identify gaps and recommend enhancements related to new and/or existing products, services, and workflows 
  • Identify solutions to issues that negatively impact program and/or project plan

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher preferred 
  • At least 8 years of experience with standards and measurements, technology, and systems and processes
  • Experience with Eligibility Systems Management
  • Experience with Application Program Interface (RESTful APIs), Web Service Integration, WebSockets, and other interfaces
  • Experience with the machine interaction model, Rule Engines, Big Data, and Data Visualizations (Tableau, Power BI)
  • Experience with DevOps tools used for CI/CD
  • Knowledge and understanding of data security
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and/or RUP Methodology for product development
  • Familiarity with various IoT technologies including Java middleware, Mobile, (M2M), Cloud, voice, etc.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Strong interpersonal and oral and written communication skills
