Job Title: Technical Recruiter

Job Location: Reston, VA OR Remote

This role will be responsible for our professional hiring activities in line with US market norms for various professional job profiles (i.e. Architects, Developers, Business Analysts, HR, Finance and Marketing, etc.) and in line with our internal professional recruiting process. This job involves connecting with regional hiring managers while ensuring all the service levels are met along with high levels of satisfaction from the stakeholders.



  • Responsible for recruiting experienced consulting professionals in the IT arena.
  • Manage the candidate sourcing process for assigned positions.
  • Search for resumes or profiles through a variety of databases including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
  • Complete phone screens with candidates to determine interest and fit based on qualifications.
  • Managing online job posting strategy, including research into new job boards and websites.
  • Creatively utilizing Web sites, job boards, and other Web-based media to identify potential candidates.  
  • Internet Data Mining using creative Boolean search techniques.



  • Relevant job experience of 2 – 5 years in recruitment of IT, domain consultants and corporate administrative staff.
  • Experience in recruiting remotely for different market locations.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting IT candidates (Telecom industry recruiting experience highly preferred)
  • Must be knowledgeable about Application Software Development including all components of the SDLC and Service Oriented Architecture techniques and tools.
  • Experience in working with contract resources and staffing vendors/partners.
  • High degree of proficiency using Boolean search techniques.
  • Experience in the telecom software industry a plus.
  • Must have experience with online Applicant Tracking Systems, Taleo preferred.
  • Flexibility to work extra hours when workloads and deadlines require.
  • Proven track record sourcing candidates and not just relying on job postings.
  • Excellent Communication & Selling Skills with proficiency in written & spoken English.
  • Self-starter requiring minimal supervision.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment and multi-task assignments.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
