- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals, Making job postings on the Job Portal.
- Well versed about US Terms like W2, C2C, 1099, US Visas, etc.
- Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
- Briefing candidates about the company, job profile, growth prospects & benefits.
- Validating the candidate from various aspects (knowledge, competencies, soft skills, experience, aptitude etc.) & service delivery
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and persuasive skills.
- Overall ownership Work within TAT of hiring requirements
- Direct efforts toward strategically sourcing the best talent and building and maintaining relationships with them.
