Job description:

  • Candidate should know to speak both in English & Japanese
  • Strong knowledge and experience in providing technical and non- technical support by handling inbound/outbound calls, via web tickets/emails
  • Assist users with technical issues and provide resolution based on SOPs/OOB
  • Should have experience in handling Incident flows as Incident coordinator & support
  • Should Co-ordinate with multiple resolver groups on high critical incidents for timely response and follow up with business till closure
  • Provide Root Cause Analysis, recommended resolution and communicate to Level 2 or Level 3 for Production Support to resolve issues
  • Solve problems/issues proactively and develop a strong relationship with users
  • Manage Incidents Queue and ensure minimal disruption to the service incidents

Preferably should also have:

  • Proficient troubleshooting knowledge in networking related issues
  • Basic understanding and knowledge in Windows Server, LAN/WAN equipment ,DNS, Mail and Antivirus systems and other concepts
  • Excellent hands on Technical Skills with laptops/desktops/gadgets issues

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication (both written and verbal) and listening skills - required to contact the clients via e-mails or calls
  • Ability to do multitasking in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining an emphasis on quality
  • Should have a sincere commitment towards resolving users reported issues, and be able to responsibly work in the production environment
