Job Description:

We are seeking an Enterprise Operations Engineer to work in our Operations Center. As an Enterprise Operations Engineer, you will support continued operation of 24/7 applications using real-time monitoring and alerting tools and resources. You will respond to incoming alerts, troubleshoot issues and escalate as needed. In addition, you will use your data analysis skills to identify patterns and provide insight to problem resolution.

An effective Enterprise Operations Engineer can multi-task and understand that priorities change. You will rely on your experience and judgement to aid in problem identification and resolution and communicate at all levels as you participate in service restoration activities. A successful candidate will have strong analytical and critical thinking skills, is curious, pays attention to detail and can execute with minimal supervision.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Works in the Enterprise Operations Center.
Monitors alert queues and responds to issues as needed.
Uses monitoring tools to investigate and resolve stability issues.
Analyzes data for anomalies and issues.
Provides problem identification and remediation support services.
Participates in major event teleconferences, providing input as needed.
Collaborates with other teams.

IT Governance:
Participate in team and corporate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance client service and efficiency.
Ability to learn quickly and apply new technologies.
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and management while maintaining good relationships with all lines of business.
Ability to work both independently and in team environments.

Technology Skills:
Experience with Windows operating systems.
Experience monitoring cloud infrastructure environments (AWS, Azure)
Recent experience with scripting languages (PowerShell/VB Script)
Recent experience with cloud computing specifically Azure and AWS.
Experience with log aggregations tools, Splunk, Elastic, Sumo Logic.
Familiarity with MS SQL.
Familiarity with ServiceNow ticketing.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and monitoring concepts (AWS, Azure)
Understanding of golden signals.

1-3 or more years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of
