Required Qualifications:

Graduate of any IT-related course

At least 6 months experience working in a contact center environment

Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience at a high volume, fast paced technology help desk in a problem-solving capacity

Experience with documenting tickets in an incident tracking system

Experience working in a diverse team setting, and a track record of success

Proficiency in Microsoft office products, Windows XP, Outlook, remote control tools, VPN, and Networking

Proven ability to work towards individual and team targets

Excellent customer service skills

Superior written and oral communication skills

Demonstrated successful time management skills

Flexible to work in shifts

Preferred Qualifications:

ITIL V3 Foundation or Service Desk Analyst Certification

ITIL understanding, fluency in a second language and/or Help Desk Certification

Work experience in a global IT organization, Service Desk Operations or technical support

Experience with information security and privacy (i.e. understanding of HIPAA, SOX, etc.)
