BRIEF DESCRIPTION:

Looking for an enthusiastic Desktop Support Analyst to fill in for an employee on medical leave. Someone who can with minimal supervision, perform a variety of computer systems administration and support tasks. Analyze, construct, document, test, maintain, troubleshoot and support PC hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripherals and phones for the entire organization including executive level support.

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Work requires knowledge of a specific vocational, administrative, or technical nature which may be obtained with a two year associate's degree, diploma, technical certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Over two years support experience including one year of desktop support

 

Background check required. Desired Certifications: A+; ITIL IT Srvc Mgmt; CompTIA Network+ Certif Professional;
