Job Description


Provide Level II Technical Support in resolving company computing device needs, issues and requests in a timely manner by implementing pre-established methods to maintain a functional and productive work environment for all internal technology users. 


  • Provide Level II support remotely via phone, using remote tools or onsite. 
  • Troubleshoot escalated software and hardware failures. 
  • Provide support for integration of user workstations with Active Directory 
  • Troubleshooting and systems restore after crashes. 
  • Provide escalation level support to junior Technical Support personnel  
  • Install/configure applications on computers 
  • Research technical computer topics 
  • Participate in implementation of new offices (some interstate travel will be required) 
  • Responsible for being part of an ongoing after hours on call rotation 
  • Maintaining Active Directory and Group Policies  
  • Administering company email in a hybrid O365 mail environment (on premises AD and Azure AD)


  • Strong verbal communication skills 
  • 2-4 years working in a Technical/Desktop Support role with some server experience  
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and Active Directory. 
  • Some experience with Office 365, Azure Active Directory and Office 365 
  • The ability to properly develop and maintain accurate documentation regarding system specifications/requirements, presentations, correspondence, reports, and training materials.  
  • Possess strong communications skills, the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with users served and IT staff. Ability to effectively explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical staff.


  • 500+ end users, on premises Active Directory and Azure AD 
  • 25 Branch offices and 3 satellite offices 
  • Windows 10, Windows Server 2012 & 2016  
  • Mix of hosted and self-hosted applications 
  • Small IT Department (10 potentially including the CIO)


  • This is a direct hire, full time position. 
  • Working hours are Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 
  •  Position is primarily remote with an in-office rotation schedule, averaging 2 to 4 days a month at the Corporate Office located in Plano, Tx. Relaxed working environment 
  • Onsite covered parking
