Located in Dallas, TX we are a growing technology services firm servicing clients in the financial industry. We are looking for a sharp IT Support Engineer to join our team and hit the ground running!
Hours: 3PM-12AMWhy join us?

- Supporting our clients on front-line help desk support, onsite client support and on implementation projects
- Installing, configuring and supporting local desktop applications in a Windows based environment
- Recommending and implementing solutions that will help to propel our reputation
- Working closely with senior leadership on opportunities where technical expertise is required during the client sales and business development process
MUST HAVE, experience with:
- Active Directory (creating users, groups and group policies; adding workstations to domains; manage file server shares and permissions)
- Windows environment
NICE TO HAVE, experience with:
- AWS and Azure cloud experience (setup, configuration, design and support of cloud based workloads)
- Setting up Office 365 users, accounts, configurations
- Networking (support, firewall configuration and rule creation, troubleshooting of network route and connectivity issues, wireless access point setup)
- Scripting (Bash and Powershell)
- Software Deployment
