Job Description

Local Company here in OKC is looking for an experienced Technical Support Analyst with great communication, motivation, and customer service skills. 


-Provide technical support including advanced desktop support, tier 1 support for: servers, networking equipment, VoIP and data transport networks

-Monitor network components (routers, switches and other items).

-Identify problems and risk areas and be able to advise management of actions required to mitigate their impact.


-2+ Years of tech support/ help desk experience

- Knowledge of computer hardware and Windows system.

- A+, Network +, Telecom Knowledge are a plus.
