Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in Tampa, FL that is seeking a Technical Support. Hours are 7am- 4:30pm with a 1 hour unpaid lunch.

Summary:
In this role, the Technical Support will be answering calls and resolving tickets.There will be about 30 inbound calls on average. Typically , the Technical Support will be resetting passwords etc., troubleshooting, and perform occasional field work.

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong technical skills at the service desk level
* Experience with Microsoft technologies
* Experience with active directory
* Good communication/customer service
* Ability to work as a team
