Diverse duties include providing first and second level support for PC's Mac's, mobile devices, Video Conference, RSA token as well as troubleshoot and upgrade client workstations, printers and contribute to hardware/ software/ service enhancements and more. Any ITIL Methodology a plus. Experience with Windows 7/8, OSX, Microsoft Office, TCP/IP, Citrix, Server OS desired.
