Our client is currently seeking a Technical Support Specialist

This job will have the following responsibilities:
* Responsible for in-person, onsite meeting support for video conferencing systems in presentation and training rooms.
* Experience with 1st and/or 2nd level IT support. Strong customer service skills, strong people and interpersonal skills.
* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications & Requirements:
* Desire to help people and ensure meetings are smooth and successful.
* Experience with in-room video conferencing systems a plus.
* Superior soft skills are required; frequent interactions with senior executives are part of the role.
* Experience with the set up of audio-visual hardware
* Troubleshooting experience with hardware
