Will be responsible for managing Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) by providing and/or enhancing CDM solutions to one or more DEFEND agencies. Will implement technical aspects of the CDM DEFEND task order deliverables to one or more agencies. Manages teams of contract support personnel at possibly multiple locations for one or more groups and agencies. Ensures compliance with program requirements, task schedules and deliverables. Your future duties and responsibilities: * Support accurate and timely documentation for SELC and other artifacts related to DEFEND program execution. * Analyzes existing and potential content with focus on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities to increase efficiency. * Creating/assisting in transition to and maintaining content development and storage architecture. * Produces wide range of documentation that meets applicable standards and is appropriate for its intended audience. * Writes easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and guides. * Edits your work and that of others. * Translates complex technical and analytical concepts into clear, concise, plain English text and visual content. * Organizes multiple, simultaneous projects and requests. * Support project status reporting as well as risk identification and mitigation efforts. * Works with the support team, developers, engineers, managers and SMEs to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product, documentation requirements and data analytics. * Analyzes existing and potential content with focus on reuse and single-sourcing opportunities to increase efficiency. * Creating/assisting in transition to and maintaining content development and storage architecture.
