Technology Change Management Specialist
The Enterprise Technology Practice works with clients to transform their technology services and operations and provide enterprise-wide service transformation. Working with CIO, Technology Executives, Services Owners, and their teams to establish an operating model for technology based on the implications of NextGen and advanced technologies, new and evolving service models for technology and the operational expectations of an organization.
Work you'll do
Working as part of the ITSM team, the Configuration Manager reviews all change requests and ensures adherence to established change processes and the auditability of change artifacts. The Configuration Manager tracks the configuration items involved in each change and coordinates across teams to ensure that there are not configuration conflicts across workstreams (Projects and Operations). The Configuration Manager is also responsible for initiating requests for monthly BR100 reports and recommending operational improvements to the Configuration Management process. The team

- 5+ years of IT Change Management experience
- Experience in Smart SVN
- HP Project and Portfolio Manager
- Experience in Rookery Software Configsnapshot
- BS degree in a related field
- Ability to obtain a US Government security clearance
