Job Description

A telecommunications service provider has partnered with INCEED to find a Technical Help Desk Technician to help them with a Test & Turn Up project.

Purpose:

The Test & Turn Up Help Desk will be responsible for supporting the field technicians and customers by taking calls related to the installing and testing of the Cisco Networking equipment and problems that arise with the turnover.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
  • Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware
  • Support end-users through technical issues and provide excellent customer service
  • Maintain daily performance of computer systems
  • Walk customer through problem-solving process

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of technical help desk experience
  • Experience supporting Cisco Networking equipment
