The Sales Consultant role is responsible for meeting quarterly/annual KPI s & objectives. Our Sales Consultants will work in tandem with the Implementation and Project Management Teams. The Sales Consultant will add value throughout the sales process in the areas of discovery, requirements analysis, solution development, in depth product demonstrations and transitioning of implementation services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute sales engagements to help customers fully understand the benefits of Oracle Based Solutions
  • Build relationships with customers via phone calls, emails, flyers and social events
  • Co-Author and contribute to customer facing publications such as whitepapers, handbooks, presentations, webinars, and social media
  • Effectively make calls to qualified and predetermined vertical markets providing potential clients with Oracle based solutions collaborated with Eclat professional services
  • Participate in deep technical architectural discussions with clients service as our Oracle consultant to ensure customer solutions are designed for successful deployments to the cloud
  • Manage and prioritize sales opportunities via Eclat s CRM
  • Clearly articulate the benefits of Oracle based solutions including NetSuite's applications to all levels including Business Managers and "C" Level Executives
  • Provide input to cross-functional departments pertaining to prospect s requests and product enhancements as needed
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal Sales Force automation system to manage and prioritize sales opportunities
  • Articulate the client s business case for digital transformation change
  • Collaborate with the Eclat Enterprise account teams (cross-stack infrastructure, technology & applications) to customize solutions for our clients

Skills Required:

  • Must have a technical background including solution architecture, database administration, implementation and delivery of hardware and software
  • Ability to make outbound calls to customers
  • Knowledge of Oracle engineered systems solutions
  • Strong knowledge of IT market, trends & competitive landscape, including AWS and Azure
  • Strong knowledge of & experience with public domain cloud platforms (Oracle, AWS, Azure, Google, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of architectural approaches including consolidation, cloud computing, virtualization, disaster recovery, information management, big data, java applications, other Oracle and non-Oracle applications
  • Knowledge of Oracle database and middleware technology a huge plus
  • Experience with Linux, oracle databases, and/or KVM experience is preferred
  • Oracle Certifications are a huge plus


Qualifications:

  • 2+ years in a comparable pre-sales position supporting the sales cycles for ERP applications for software organizations
  • Experience with financial application package and thorough understanding of accounting principles
  • Previous application experience in one or more of the following desired: SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Salesforce, Intacct, Sage, Epicor, Great Plains, AccPac, Best Software-MAS Series, Sales Logix, Siebel
  • Solid verbal and written presentation, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of increasing deal size and accelerating the buying process
  • History of Successful quota achievement
  • BS/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience
