Imp Note: This role will be supporting the Transformational project of moving Seibel over to Salesforce. They will be responsible for creating the Training Documentation. Must have Salesforce training experience - Mytrailhead. Must have Video Development experience and have performed self-instructed learning. If they have experience in training development within Sales and/or Finance, that is a bonus. Job Summary:
With general direction, assess needs, research, develop, review, conduct, and evaluate both soft skills and training programs for both virtual classroom and self-directed learning venues. Provide training expertise in support of the insurance business transformation (IBT) program..
Preferred Skills Knowledge and experience in developing training for Salesforce. Three to five years of experience working with video development software.
Expertise in rapid video development.
One to two years’ experience using a Learning Management System (LMS) and/or a Learning Experience Platform (LXP) for training delivery and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree with an educational or organizational focus or equivalent work experience.
