UDig has been engaged to support our client's Professional Services Organization and their top tier client portfolio including customers in the wireless, retail and marketing spaces. Our client is looking for an Engagement Manager with experience implementing complex software and, preferably, data analytics products; will interact routinely with the sales organization and understand technical deployment concepts. The job will be split between managing the customer relationship from an implementation followed by a customer management perspective. Professionals who've been titled "Engagement Manager", "Program Manager", "Implementation Lead" might also have an interest in this client-facing profile.
Our client has built and sold a data-analytics product that helps its customers define, evaluate and target a variety of market segments, including current customers and would be customers at a highly granular level. As an Engagement Manager, you will have had experience managing software implementations, ideally in a big data or data analytics setting. Alternatively, marketing professional with a high degree of wireless technology experience could also be effective in this capacity.
