We are looking to fulfill multiple positions for " Business System Analyst (Commercial Mortgage) "
Job Description and Responsibilities:
Work with project stakeholders to elicit and capture business requirements and current / future processes.
Analyze and thoroughly document business needs of customer.
Create solutions for business needs of customer, document functional design for signoff by client stakeholders. Ensure the solution implementation complies with user and business specifications.
Assist project manager(s) with time estimates for project tasks.
Act as the liaison among stakeholders to encourage innovation for process improvements and system enhancements that result in increased automation, productivity, satisfaction and data consistency.
Ensure business and functional requirements are complete and proper approvals are obtained.
Work with onsite and offshore development teams during construction process to provide guidance and ensure business requirements and functional design are followed.
Assist QA team during testing efforts to insure business requirements are fulfilled.
Provide training / mentoring to peers and clients as required.
Troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis of defects.
Participate in production system roll out at client site
Help develop business/systems training materials, RFI/RFP responses, POC and presentations as requested
Communicate with other BSAs to understand interdependencies of all projects.
Desired Skills and Experience
College degree or equivalent experience
7+ years of software business analysis experience
Knowledge of Mortgage / Home Equity lending practices
Command of Business Analysis core techniques: requirements elicitation, process modeling, use cases, functional solutioning, creation of required documentation
Experience facilitating sessions of varying sizes with a wide range of stakeholders
Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills
Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Knowledge, Skills, and Expertise
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic; outgoing, eager, and able to work in a high intensity environment
Resourceful and independent; able to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks at one time

Organizational skills to work with the vast array of information gathered during requirements elicitation and analysis and to copy with rapidly changing information
Demonstrates a broad knowledge of mortgage / consumer lending business to identify and communicate how NetOxygen can best be utilized by the customer
Has an understanding of how business processes and workflows enable fulfillment of the customer s business strategy
Adept and effective meeting facilitator with strong presentation skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio
Knowledge of internet-based research
Relational database (SQL Server / Oracle) experience, the ability to write basic database queries and understand relationships between tables
Agile project experience.
