Strategic Staffing Solutions ( S3 ) seeks a Administrative Assistant II for a contract at one of our top fortune 500 corporations. This position requires that the selected candidate be located in Fresno, California 93720

The main function of the executive assistant role is to provide high-level executive & administrative support to multiple Unit Managers and their units within our Technical Computing Organization, by conducting research, handling information requests and performing clerical functions (essentially acts as both an information and communication manager for specific units within the office).

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Provides administrative support for WLP chiefly through procurement of materials and services, service contract administration and payroll

Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management

The ability to organize and work effectively to ensure all administrative work is prioritized effectively

Provide assistance with a high level of independence, initiative, discretion, and accuracy, and attention to detail to ensure smooth and efficient operations

The ability to organize and work effectively to ensure all administrative work is prioritized effectively

Manages contractor expenses

Manages procurement of non-additive materials and services

Time Administrator for all WLP employees

Time Data Recorder for all WLP O&M employees

Maintains accurate records of Capital Expenditures

Contract Administration

Key Log administrator

Monthly utility reporting

Security gate monitoring

SAP guidance to co-workers and management team

Buyer

Relief Dispatcher

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2+ years of administrative assistant experience

At least 2+ years of timekeeping experience

Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint)

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to work independently, effectively manage multiple priorities, and quickly adapt to new business requirements or rapidly changing needs

Ability to keep information organized and confidential

High School Diploma or GED
