Design new features, experiences and interactions that blow people away across desktop and mobile
Make investing easy to understand, easy to share, and fun
Drive the strategic direction of the product and company
Create ultra-simple, intuitive and gorgeous user flows for complex data and user stories
Design gorgeous, informative and viral data visualizations and dashboards
Manage new ideas from user research, stakeholder reviews, prototypes through dev and QA all the way into production
Establish a unified and world-class presence across all our products and platforms
Design logos/icons/identity/brand assets/marketing visuals
Build and manage a team of product and project managers
Manage internal stakeholders on your product journey and support your decisions with focus and brevity Requirements
What you're like:
DEEP deep empathy for users and simplicity = great product/UI instincts
5+ years of experience designing excellent consumer products
Driven by, and capable of, designs that make people say: "whoa", "holy shit" and "that's SO cool"
Expert level skills in Adobe creative suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Sketch
Strong product sensibility for complex flows and use cases across customer journeys
Experience designing both consumer-facing mobile and web products
Understanding of interaction design and information architecture
Extensive understanding of prototyping, user research methodologies and A/B test planning/execution
Most importantly, love and care for their craft
