Service Analyst

Location: REMOTE

Duration: 3 MONTHS

Responsibilities/Job Duties/Job Description/Qualifications:

Prior banking/financial industry experience is a ++

  • ‘junior service manager’
  • Managing end user experience of the corporate mobile service
  • Documenting End user engagement & feedback/requests
  • Documenting engagement plans, feedback documentation & tracking
  • Gathering and directing teams for improvements to the Corp mobility service
  • Reviewing the service from a holistic view (not just product, applications and engineering)

Key qualities

A critical skill will be to engage with a broad range of stakeholders including:

  • Line of Business reps
  • Operations
  • Security
  • Product Management
  • Engineering
