One of our Clients is looking for:
Veeva CRM Subject Matter Expert
Locations: NYC, NY/ Peapack, NJ/ Collegeville, PA/ Boston, MA / Wilmington, DE
Should be a Subject Matter expert of Veeva CRM with 8+ years of relevant experience
Experience in Configuration, Implementation, Administration and Support of Veeva CRM applications
Following best practices in change control and deployments.
Strong knowledge of synchronization, data extraction, transformation, Integrations, data loading, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting in a cloud computing environment.
Minimum of 4 years of experience supporting commercial/field sales operations.
Prior experience with a CRM tool required; prefer Veeva / OCE or Salesforce.com
Experience with a relational database (RDBS) and the SQL language.
Prior programming experience (e.g., Python, C#, or Java) a plus.
Previous experience in biotech/pharmaceutical setting strongly preferred.
Experience with service-based model of IT delivery (e.g., ITIL or another model) preferred.
Travel of up to 20% may be required.
Should have Bachelor Degree
Should have good communication skills
Good to Have:
IQVIA OCE (Orchestrated Customer Experience) experience is desired.
SalesForce CRM Administrator certification preferred.
