Vice President, Client Success
The VP of Customer Success will be responsible for evaluating, optimizing, executing and scaling the entire post-sales experience for our customers.
You will be the primary advocate for each customer, guiding them along a path to success and engaging resources across our product to accelerate the expansion of usage within each customer.
- Very 1st VP of CS hire - reports directly to CEO
- Most Sr Customer Success hire in the company
- Hyper growth phase: went from 60 to 160 employees with goals of adding another 100 next year
- Target customer: mid-market
- They own everything post-sale
- Ten, or more, years of experience within Customer Success leadership
- Experience with the following:
- Driving negative net churn
- Leading client relationships and building those relationships with C-level executives
- Working with cross-functional teams
- Consulting/training/leading new initiatives as well as establishing best practices/processes
- BA/BS Degree
Current Team: 19 - 2 Directors with IC's coming from Customer Success Management, Implementation, Product Support, Renewals, and Revenue.
