Essential attributes:

  • Should possess domain knowledge of the industry and have ability to understand and solve business issues of the respective industry by leveraging IT & business processes
  • An interest in being part of a growing company and participate in its growth.
  • A successful track record selling IT & Business process services sale into the industries
  • Successful track record of leading new business development in digital led services, operation services & IP licenses.
  • A history of success in building new markets/geographies
  • KRA’s will be order booking and realized revenue.
  • Compensation will be a base & incentives linked to sales and revenue recognized
