Job Description



Our direct fortune 500 client in Chevy Chase, Maryland is looking for a strong systems engineer with experience with verint impact 360 in call center environment and this is a three month contract to permanent hire position. Our client is only looking for candidates interested in a permanent position and interested in becoming a full-time employee after 3 months. Candidates must have extensive experience working in a call center environment. The Telecommunications department is seeking highly motivated, organized, systems engineer. Strong technical aptitude, you will be a subject matter expert, and responsible for advanced troubleshooting, In addition you will be required to take on role as PM (Project Manager) to actively manage, engage, own every stage of assigned projects and drive all project related tasks to completion. Experience in Contact Center Technologies (i.e., Quality Monitoring and Recording, VOIP telephony systems, etc.) systems design, implementation, custom integration, architecture, and support desired.

Core Responsibilities:
- Support eQuality Call Recording and Monitoring system for our client's contact centers and back office
- Interface with business customer and peer IT teams to develop & analyze requirements and solution/system delivery
- Develop process and procedures for implementation and operational support of systems
- Delivery of Key Initiatives/Projects- PM Project Management, define and communicate roles, responsibilities and expectations of all team members of the project team
- Hands on knowledge of Verint Impact 360 version 11.1 or higher, DPA, KSM, and Speech Analytics
- Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Unified Communications Manager
- Knowledge of client/server & database/reporting applications desired
- Experience in contact center solutions (VOIP, Call Routing, CTI, systems integration, etc.)

Essential Skills:
- 4+ years of Call Center environment experience
- 6+ years technical support experience
- Hands on knowledge of Verint Impact 360 version 11.1 or higher, DPA, KSM, and Speech Analytics
- Working knowledge of Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise and Unified Communications Manager
- Knowledge of client/server & database/reporting applications desired
- Experience in contact center solutions (VOIP, Call Routing, CTI, systems integration, etc.)
- Proven experience in end-to-end problem determination/troubleshooting system issues
- Responsible for analyzing and identifying root cause factors, service issue trends, and areas to streamline existing processes or create new processes where needed
- Effective verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of associates and management
- Familiarity with SIP integration techniques - carrier, cross systems, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office product set: MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Visio, Project
- Experience in systems and business analysis
- Experience with data extraction tools (SQL, etc.)
- College degree or equivalent work experience
- Advanced troubleshooting, organization, and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn and master new technologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and timeframes
- Works well in and supports a team environment
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Networking background or a solid understanding of networking technologies (TCP/IP, LAN and WAN)
- Proficiency with MS SQL Server and/or the SQL query language
- Computer Hardware knowledge including experience with hardware replacement
- Demonstrated proficiency with Raid Technology, Windows XP, 7 and 8, 2000, and 2003, 2008/R2, 2012/R2 Server knowledge;
- Understanding system logs and event logs.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule .
