Contact Center exp is Key
Contact Center tech skills (described in each position) with professional track record in similar size/complexity environment to support resume claims
Java development background and hands on mindset (with professional track record in similar size/complexity environment to support resume claims)
Experience with (preferred)/(at minimum) knowledge of concepts like: Agile, cloud, DevOps, microservices

Experience: 5+ years
Required – Platform skills - Nuance Voice Biometrics preferred, otherwise NICE/Verint Voice biometrics. Preferred experience in passive voice biometrics, otherwise active biometrics can be acceptable
Development skills – Java, Web Services
