Job Description

Sentinel Technologies is seeking an experienced professional to serve as a Senior Voice Engineer with one of our established business partners. The individual is responsible for ensuring the stability and integrity of all voice and video services on the client campus including call centers, conference rooms and meeting spaces. You will identify, investigate, evaluate and becomes proficient in new technologies, solutions and technical disciplines that are of significant to our client’s environment. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity located in Naperville, IL.

  • Candidate should have a CCNA Route/Switch, CCNP Voice or equivalent experience
  • Candidate should have 5 years of experience with Cisco call center technology, voice systems and voice networks
  • Expert hands-on experience with Cisco contact center platforms and integrations with contact center business tools and applications (UCCE, CVP, IPIVR, CAD, and Finesse)
  • Expert level experience with maintaining and troubleshooting Avaya CM version 6 or later
  • Working knowledge of Basic Cisco IP networking, DHCP, Routing, Switching and QOS as it applies to voice and call center applications
  • Ability to manage and prioritize complex, changing workloads in a challenging technical environment
  • Capacity to quickly absorb new concepts and technologies and apply that knowledge to current efforts and plans
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels within the organization appropriately
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
