Responsibilities: • Call Manager and Unity administration, installation, implementation – support and escalation hands on • Video Conferencing setup, testing and support • WebEx roll out, support and documentation • New office deployment (Phones, Voicemail, Circuits, IPTV) • Ability to adapt to other technologies, providing assistance to other teams as needed during turn-ups, cut-overs • Assist in various projects regarding telecom, including addressing end of life products and their transition.
Work to support various technologies, upgrades and end of life products that need to be transitioned or upgraded.
Technical Qualifications: • Cisco Collaboration (Experience – 6-8 years) • CCNA or CCNA voice required • CCVP or CCNP voice preferred and BT Turret •
Hands on experience configuring Cisco Call Manager (Unified • Communications Manager), Cisco Unity Connection • Experience with SIP Trunks and ISDN PRI circuits. Circuit turn • ups and troubleshooting • Enhanced 911 routing • MGCP, H323, SIP CUBE gateways • Cisco TMS, VCS and Expressway • Experience with Audio and video conferencing products like WebEx • Cisco Contact center experience preferred • IPC, BT, ETrali or IP Trade Trading (BT Turret) experience required.
