Job Description

Innosoft is a mature SDB with proven qualifications in Health IT services and solutions since 2001. Our core portfolio of Health IT digital service competencies includes 120+ staff that support enterprise systems development and program management across U.S. Federal, State, and Commercial clients. Innosoft has developed a deep competency in Medicare, Medicaid, and Marketplace programs through implementation of several key Federal and State based Health Insurance Exchange systems (ACA/Obamacare). We offer small business competitiveness and agility with large business experience, capabilities, and solutions. Innosoft is looking for a Web Developer to join our team.

 

Responsibilities

  • Ability to work in a small team to gather requirements and design solutions 
  • Understanding of Agile Delivery approach 
  • Familiarity with CMS Centers for Clinical Standards and Quality Reporting is a plus. 
  • Familiarity with CMS QualityNet is a plus.  
  • Understanding of Atlassian Collaboration Tools and the Atlassian tools available at CMS, specifically Jira and Confluence. 
  • Develop reports using Java and Oracle programming languages, and leverage the capabilities of JavaScript, Cascading Style Sheets (CSS), Hypertext Markup Language (HTML), and the ReportMill suite of software. 
  • Design and develop solutions, using input from the customer and stakeholders.  
  • Work closely with the Back-End Developer to build and execute test scripts to be used on the automated test platform.  
  • Responsible for recording QASP metrics regarding deliverables.  
  • Support integration with other platforms by developing and maintaining data input methods, supporting data uploads, and transforming data into machine-readable formats.  
  • Provide architectural, solution, and troubleshooting support for technical issues that involve software development, engineering tasks, and product releases.  
  • Serve as technical interface to other component support groups; as such, they will have excellent technical and non-technical communications skills.  
  • Provide Help Desk support as necessary, with up to 15 requests per week. 

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science
  • At least 3 years' of experience using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
  • Previous experience working on a Healthcare Project is a plus
  • Previous experience working on a Government Project is a plus
