Job Description

WebEx/Multi Collaboration SME - Implementation Support

Our customer located in Newington, CT is looking for a WebEx SME with experience in implementation support to join their Communications team.


Responsibilities include:

Develop migration strategies
Develop training and other avenues to gain user acceptance and buy-in
Work with internal and vendor teams to coordinate all aspects of the product
Able to work in an office in Newington, CT, 8-5x5
Leverage vendor integration specialists and processes for successful implementations
Develop testing strategies that include user groups
Ability to thrive in a state of constant change
Availability and add relevance to outage calls especially priority incidents requiring all hands-on deck
Development and management of support and governance model including help desk scripts, knowledge articles, etc.
Development and management of training for end users
Judgment to assess criticality of issues and escalate as need

Skills Required:

Experience administrating Cisco WebEx accounts or similar, i.e. Zoom, Skype, etc.
Capable of adding value to a proof of concept involving web conferencing tools
Experience migrating users from one software platform to another
Experience working on a helpdesk for software applications

Desired Skills Include:

Some HTML and Sharepoint experience
