*** seeks Workday Business Systems Analyst to design, develop, implement, and maintain Workday HCM. Specific duties will include:
Configure and maintain Workday functional areas including Core HR, recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Security etc.
Workday security administration for privileged access assignments based on a corporate matrix and internal audit specified segregation of duties rules;
Help with M&A activity by Setup new Countries and related activities.
Expert is creating, mapping, testing and loading data using complex EIB (New Hire, Compensation, Allowance, OTP, Job, Req, Candidate, Offer etc.)
Create and maintain Workday custom reports (Custom, Advance, Matrix etc.)
Define and document Workday specifications and procedures and conduct user training;
Work with Human Resources personnel to evaluate HRIS software needs and design new or modify existing HRIS to meet changing demands;
Bachelor s degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Science, or Business Administration and seven (7) years of experience as a Lead Business Systems Analyst, Lead/Sr. Business Systems Analyst, Systems Analyst or in a related occupation
Must have 7 years of hands-on experience with 2 full life-cycle Workday HCM implementation, configuring, building, testing, go-live, post-production support and setting up privileged access user security with large multi-functional global business applications focusing on HR and financial systems.
Must have 3 years of experience with:
Workday HCM, including system design, implementation, maintenance and enhancement for the functional areas - Core HR, onboarding, recruiting, compensation and security administration;
Creating and maintaining Workday business processes, security, configuring integrations, working with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), and creating custom reports;
Creating and testing Workday test scripts and scenarios and guiding users through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and training users;
Designing and implementing Workday HCM to meet internal and statutory audit compliance;
Working directly with Workday as a Workday Named Support Contact, and a Workday administrator for the Customer Center, Learning Center, and Community
