Position: Workday Data Analysis & Reporting Admin
JOB REF#: 691497

Duration: 12+ Months (On-going Contract)

Location: Plano, TX 75024(on-site only)

Rate: Open/Market Rate, depends on experience level (W2 ONLY/Visa Transfers)

As a 1st tier vendor, we have been asked to identify candidates for a large global company. The average consultants is on project 3-5 years and we currently have 30 consultants working for them nationwide. Please note, all work will be performed on-site and you MUST be available for a face to face interview.


RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:


Create/Run reports in Workday to monitor for data discrepancies
Create/Modify dashboards in Workday
Troubleshoot/Problem solve when data is missing/inaccurate
Key confidential information into HR systems as needed to maintain data accuracy
Explain the critical need of this information and bring it to the attention of Senior Manager if the information is not received
Act with a sense of urgency, being mindful of last-minute requests. Time management is key to get the correct information in a timely manner
Monitoring the Workday HR system for missing/inaccurate data, performing data audits, creating complex reports and dashboards, and assisting where needed
with the conversion of data into Workday.
Formulate and present recommendations regarding functional and technical solutions that improve business processes, enhance user experience, or reduce
operating expenses

REQUIRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: (Resume must reflect this experience)
4 years of applicable experience using and maintaining Workday HR systems
4 years of applicable experience in HR, Workforce or Talent Analytics
Experience writing complex custom reports and dashboards in Workday
Experience using and maintaining PeopleSoft HR system
Hands-on experience configuring, testing, documenting, and implementing applications to meet customer requirements
Superior written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly communicate

Education: Bachelors Degree


Other Requirements:


Able to Interview in-person
Must have a stable work history, working in a similar role
Exceptional communication skills
