City of Richmond - COR Oracle EBS Developer
SHORT TERM engagement expected (to Dec 30) See below

Agency is willing to have contractor be ON SITE the FIRST week and then remote until 12/30/2021 which is the end of the engagement. They would set the selected candidate up with a workstation in City Hall that they can remote back to through VPN. RIC cannot issue equipment that will go offsite. The selected candidate will have to remote to the device in the city from their own equipment.



Resource needed until Dec 30 as RIC lost a person and another is going on vacation for a month. The intent is to find a resource that will allow them time to hire a person as an FTE.

The person placed with RIC for the three months does not need to be sponsored unless they are interested in applying for the FTE role (RIC cannot provide sponsorship). The contractor is welcome to apply if they are interested and eligible to do so. Any salary conversion can be discussed with manager directly if candidate is interested in applying for the full time role. They must also go thru the regular hiring process RIC has in place. No guarantee they will be given the FTE opportunity.


ABOUT THE ROLE

Techno-functional role for an Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) installation. Will work with customers and external partners to define requirements and implement solutions. Includes ongoing enhancement requests, defect corrections, and new development as needed. Provides knowledge transfer to COR IT and business staff.

Significant experience in: Oracle EBS R12, developing EBS customizations , extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms customization, Reports, Oracle Workflow, and the overall Oracle Applications Framework.

Ability to write ad-hoc SQL queries and code shell scripts as needed. Java coding skills a plus but not required. Assist in Sysadmin support for operations supporting R12.1.3 environment.

Experience with Oracle ERP R12.1.3 HRMS. In addition to EBS HRMS experience, knowledge of Financial and Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) strongly desired.
