Job Description

A growing consulting company in the Philadelphia area is hiring an IT Manager to oversee their Support Services, Managed Services team. They are looking for someone who can oversee the Support Services team as well as manage vendor relationships. This person will be ensuring ticket escalations are handled efficiently and ensure change management and incident management are running smoothly. They are looking for someone with a strong Infrastructure background including Servers, SAN, LAN/WAN, virtualization, and Microsoft technologies.

They need someone with a strong leadership background who can handle hiring, delegating tasks, and monitoring metrics. You will also be developing policies and procedures for the team. You will also be helping the COO with creating contracts and service offerings. This is a great opportunity to lead a team and make an impact within an organization.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 3-5 Years in an IT Leadership Position
  • Strong Infrastructure Background, LAN/WAN, Microsoft, SAN
  • Staff Management Experience
  • The Ability to Lead Service Improvement Initiatives
  • Experience Monitoring Ticket Escalation Procedures
  • Experience Creating Policies & Procedures
  • Strong Experience Managing Vendor Relationships
  • Incident Management & Change Management Experience
  • Excellent Communication Skills
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Microsoft or Cisco Certifications
  • MSP or VAR Experience
