HiTek Staffing, US based technology company engages in IT staffing and recruiting services, is actively looking for a result-driven Mid-level Business Development Manager. We need a Hunter who possesses exceptional abilities in networking, account development and management. Currently serving major frontline US national financial, insurance, medical and retail companies with solutions and consultants, HiTek needs a person, who can be the face of the organization and perform SELLING.
Proven record of developing business in IT Staffing/Recruiting and/or services sales of Small / mid-level IT organizations. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in IT services / Staffing sales in the US.
Capability to develop and execute exceptional lead generating strategies and marketing plans for new accounts and to implement them.
Exceptional people skills, strong account management records and a proven ability in preparing proposals with high clarity and accuracy based on the client s needs.
Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
Strong ability to understand technology.
The main focus of this position is to secure new business and clients and help build a rapidly expanding organization. The BDM should achieve and exceed sales revenue targets by securing new contracts and orders through prospecting and developing new and existing customer relationships.
