Job Description

While the client location is in Washington DC, the position allows for 100% remote support at this time.

ILS is looking for a Salesforce Integration Developer with 8+ years of Salesforce development and Implementation and 2+ years of CRM full system lifecycle support experience to a new development project in the Washington, D.C. area. This person should be a quick learner and able to adopt work well in a team environment as a team player or independently.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture and analyze user requirements to develop user stories and testing scenarios
  • Perform QA testing and post-implementation support for end-users.
  • Delivers the Salesforce system configuration for security aspects functionality integration 
  • Works with client’s infrastructure group to follow up the security protocol and must have strong JSON and Java, Oracle database for Salesforce development project.
  • Creates and executes detailed technical specifications for complex programs and objects in self-service product environments with a dynamic front-end.  Demonstrates ability to work in agile environments moving at a rapid pace. 
  • Understands and leverages the Salesforce Architecture for developing custom solutions.  Defines solutions to resolve problems identified by security and technical debt scans.
  • Develops code in a Continuous Integration environment using Code management and Salesforce DX tools (SFDX).
  • Develops custom applications and performs testing using Salesforce APEX and Visualforce. Writes, tests analyze, and implements high-quality code according to specifications. Follows Salesforce. com’s best practices and guidelines in implementing solutions, without creating technical debt and maintaining security in the application.
  • Provides Tier II Support for Salesforce applications and manages service tickets (JIRA) needing escalation to Salesforce.
  • Supports Salesforce.com declarative configuration tasks.
  • 5+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce.com developer using Visualforce, APEX, APIs, and Lightning Components.
  • Proven experience with management of Salesfore.com sandboxes.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce DX and Continuous integration tools.
  • Perform Salesforce administration ( updating layouts, report, dashboard, create accounts and profiles etc.) and development.
  • Proven Java/J2EE full-stack development experience.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in an agile innovative product development environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ Years of Salesforce Development/Administration experience
  • 2+ Years of CRM Experience
  • 3+ Years of US-based Experience
  • Required Skills: Java/J2EE, JSON, Oracle database, Salesforce, Apex programming, Spring framework (Spring Boots), and Restful API (Rest API) experience.
  • Salesforce Certifications Desired: Platform Developer I, App Builder, Admin
