Full-Time opportunity in Mountain View, CA (100% Remote).
Our client is a startup focused on applying Sensors and Machine Learning to Healthcare. It was founded by experienced entrepreneurs with extensive experience building software platforms used by millions of people around the world.
This role will be responsible for testing all aspects of the client’s User experience. You will be acting as a Member, utilizing the company service to improve your own health while giving feedback on areas such as application usability, nutrition data accuracy, sensor sync behavior and health scores.
This will be a fully manual role, focused on U.S. market expectations (eating habits, fitness habits, etc.). You will use our Member mobile app on a daily basis, interacting with our Clinical staff (Coaches, Doctors, Nutritionists, etc.) while entering your data via our supported sensors and mobile-based food logging. Your input will be highly valued in terms of improving our user experience with the app and the overall service - in this capacity you'll work closely with our UX team.
Drive test planning, strategy and execution to cover all aspects of the our Health Member experience Test consumer-facing mobile UIs, web UIs, and integrated biosensors Validate real-world member experiences on a daily basis (on both Production and Staging environments) Work with Developers, PM and UX designers to release a world-class user experience for our integrated ecosystem of applications and devices Test for performance, ease of use and high reliability across various devices
Detail-oriented User focused Background in nutrition and/or fitness (ideally a “health enthusiast” who already knows about health and wants to learn a lot more) Ideally a type-2 diabetic or pre-diabetic who wants to be treated by the client’s program Experience testing features and UI’s (mobile and desktop web) for consumer-facing or other high-scale applications Experience testing complex systems in the health/medical domain Strong verbal and written communication skill
