Our client in Madison, Wisconsin is seeking a Senior IT Service Manager who will wear many hats as a critical member of their team. Various tasks will include leading major incident calls, coordinating resources, reviewing processes for continued improvement, and post-incident reviews. If you are a "hands in the weeds" kind of person and are excited by the challenge of not only handeling day-to-day major incidents, but also leading problem management for entire applications that are down-networks not available, this could be the perfect fit for you!
