Job Description

  • Create, maintain and enhance Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, Change Management, Service Request Management, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portals, single sign on (SSO) capability, and Active Directory Profile synchronization
  • Participates with Business Systems Analysts in the business design (gathering Business requirements and convert to technical requirements)
  • Plan and implement upgrades, cloning, releases (use of update sets), and other related efforts to ensure environments are maintained at proper versions and releases
  • Design and engineer solutions leveraging all appropriate components offered by ServiceNow to answer the needs for business workflows, ticketing or other ITSM requirements
  • Post roll out production support. Experience of handling Bug Fixes and Enhancement requests
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, including importing customer data
  • Experience working with Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages, Script Includes, Access Control Lists etc...
  • Experience in Java, JavaScript, JQuery, prototype, Jelly scripting, and VB scripting used in ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of working with different kind of scripts in ServiceNow and their order of execution
  • Experience working with email notifications, inbound actions, reports, gauges, and home pages
  • Experience on creation of catalog items, wizards, record producers, interceptors, user guide
  • Create, maintain and enhance team Dashboards and reporting, including scheduled reports
  • Create and customization of complex workflows and custom workflows.
  • Experience working with transform maps, data sources and different transform scripts for data loads and management
  • Experience with implementing configurable SLAs and OLAs
  • Work alongside other engineers on the team to elevate technology and consistently apply best practices
  • Developing Functional and Technical Specifications and provide User Training
  • Communicate ServiceNow process, operations and capability information to all levels of management

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of IT Service Delivery
  • 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow integration, including requirements gathering, development, testing, implementation, and administration
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administration (CSA)
  • ITIL Foundations Certification v3 or higher
