As our Analytics Project Manager, you will join our Strategic Analytic Consulting team to manage and optimise the project of analytics projects in the service of the payment integrity teams. The Project Manager role ensures that analytics work is chartered and entered into the project, prioritized, assigned, reported and managed in accordance with the team project processes. You will work with the wider project and data science teams to ensure that updates are timely and accurate. You will also work on various analyses to understand resource allocation, capacity, value, delivery and quality.

In addition, the Analytics Project Manager assists the Senior Project Manager with collection and analysis of key performance metrics, project status, MBOs and other data points on the performance of the analytics team, interfaces with the analytics teams, finance teams and business teams to deliver presentations on the project, costs, assignments and benefits. You will also help to support the monthly cycle of business, running several project calls to take in and discuss new work, identify issues, prioritize projects and assure that downstream and cross team dependencies are addressed.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Lead or help develop program or project scope statements, in consultation with applicable stakeholders (e.g., program / project charter, Statement of Work, Business Vision Document)
  • Work with resource managers to drive the identification of the skills, duration and effort required for successful project execution
  • Support business needs around analytics, data analysis and business intelligence
  • Reporting progress/metrics for Strategic Analytic Consulting team
  • Collect, analyze and maintain financial forecast information (e.g., labor, hardware, software), using input from applicable sources
  • Drive strategic initiatives across various units of the business from cradle to grave
  • Develop and maintain project plans, tasks, deliverables, dependencies and resource requirements
  • Establish / apply quality objectives, criteria, standards and levels using appropriate quality management methods, with stakeholder input (e.g., key performance indicators, scope definition)
  • Develop, communicate and implement program / project risk / issue management plans and strategies (e.g., mitigation, avoidance, transfer, acceptance)
  • Coordination and completion of projects across various functional areas, promoting an environment of innovation and collaboration
  • Monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilisation of project resources

Required Qualifications:
  • Project management and delivery experience
  • Experience working within a data-driven or Analytics space
  • Excel experience, including the ability to manipulated data in many views, pivot tables, grids, graphs etc.
  • Proven ability to analyse and identify trends, gaps and issues within data
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a high attention to detail
  • Ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin or Letterkenny office is required


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Project Management certifications, such as PMP
  • Tableau experience (import, export data, etc)
  • Familiarity with Agile tools and terminology and/or business process management tools
